Change Change is never an easy thing to deal with at any stage in any person’s life. Some people handle the change process in their lives a lot more differently than other people. In the most recent weeks I have learnt that pressure and change come at you from all directions but if you don’t have a good handle on it, it can become very disastrous. We work, we plan and we try as much as we can do what we think is right during the change period. But its funny how it during that changes period that we can actually determine how strong we are and also how far our mentality can stretch. The greatest lesson however that can come out of that period is when you look back and realise just how much you have grown not just as an individual but also as a daughter, sister, friend and or wife. Let's go Jozi Who knew that a former night club would one day host the future host the youth of tomorrow? That is exactly what Pastor Fourie thought when he walked into the former night club and thought that it would be a brilliant idea to open a youth centre in the hub of Johannesburg. Youth centres are a new initiative that most people have adopted as a means to reach out to the youth of South Africa. However there those youth centres that do poo out from the rest. This year is shaping up to be a great year, things just seem to be going the right way. Its amazing how everything takes a turn for the best just when you think everything else is going to fall flat on your face. Recently I told one of m friends that this year is going to be a great year and it truly feels like I was in point. Doing my internship has taught me that in an industry filed with people who want nothing but to bring you down...only the strongest people survive. HAPPINESS PERSONIFIED Ever heard the saying life happens when you’re making plans? This week I have come to bare witness to that statement. I’m a reasonably good Christian woman who has been raised correctly in the faith, I have been taught the good values of a Christian women but somewhere down along the road I seem to have forgotten the rules and lessons that I have been taught by my Christian and biological family. It’s not that I forgot the rules on purpose I just let life happen to me like most people. I make plans and demands of God that being a Christian I know I shouldn’t but I do it any ways.
